These terms apply to Sidefill, which is operated by Anthony Collins trading as Tones AU (ABN 70 171 073 900). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming you have the authority to do so.

Sidefill works out figures and dates by applying published ATO guidance to the information you enter. It is not a tax agent, a BAS agent, a lawyer or a financial adviser, and nothing it produces is tax, legal or financial advice. Whether a rule applies to a particular engagement depends on facts only you know. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for the decisions you make. Check anything that matters with your accountant.
We publish the source we work from: ATO, Super for sportspeople, performers, film makers and related activities (QC107606). Where guidance changes, we update the rules and record the change, but we do not undertake to notify you of every change.
What the service does and does not do
- Sidefill prepares calculations, invoices, files and records. It does not hold, route or transfer money at any point.
- It does not pay super. It prepares the amounts and the files, and you or your payroll or clearing house make the payment.
- It is not a booking marketplace and it does not introduce acts to clients.
- It does not claim to be SuperStream compliant itself. It produces files intended for systems that are.
- It does not decide whether you are an agent for a booking. It shows you the situations and records the choice you make.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what is done through your account, including by any team member you invite. You must be at least 18 to hold an account.
Players you add do not hold accounts. They receive single-purpose links to enter their own details and to approve invoices you prepare for them. You must have a genuine working relationship with anyone you add, and you must not use those links to contact people for anything else.
Your data
You own the information you and your players enter. You can export all of it as CSV and PDF at any time, and you can delete your organisation. Our handling of personal information is set out in the privacy policy.
We keep records for five years to match ATO record-keeping expectations. After that period you can ask us to delete them. If you delete your organisation before then, we retain what we are required to retain and nothing more.
Payment and plans
Paid plans are billed in Australian dollars, in advance, monthly or annually. Prices include GST where GST applies. You can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part periods unless the law requires it.
We may change prices. If we do, we will tell you before the change affects a period you have not yet paid for.
Third-party services
If you connect Xero, ABN Lookup or another service, that connection is governed by that provider's terms as well as these. We pass only the information needed for the feature you asked for, and you can disconnect at any time.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be limited. Where a consumer guarantee applies and can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that is being used unlawfully, that is being used to contact people who have no relationship with you, or that has fees outstanding after we have asked for them. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and material changes are notified in the product. These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. Questions go to support@sidefill.com.au.
